By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website and the Loan Studio tools. Your loan itself is covered by the documents you sign with your lender.

Who we are
Plainrate Lending LLC is a licensed mortgage and loan broker, license PR-0418. We compare loans from many lenders and help you apply.
We are not a lender, and we do not make credit decisions.

Estimates, not offers
Rates, payments and results from our calculators and eligibility check are estimates. They are based on what you enter and on average rates.
They are not an offer of credit or a promise that you will qualify. Your real rate and terms come from the lender after you apply.

When you use this site, please:
Give true and complete information.
Use the site for your own loan search, or with permission for someone else’s.
Don’t try to break, copy or overload the site.
Keep the links and documents we send you private.

The text, design, tools and graphics on this site belong to Plainrate or to the people who license them to us.
